Big Red Railroad

Ft. Lewis has it's own railroad with three locomotives. Only one is "named" Big Red but it seems to apply to the entire railroad. I think of it as the Big Red Railroad. The operating crews are quite friendly, so this is a gallery for them.

BNSF derailed 3 cars on Ft Lewis on 27 May, 1999. Click here to see the story of how they put them back on the track.
